Emergency First Aid at Work
Emergency First Aid at Work is a one day (RQF) Regulated and Nationally Recognised Qualification, aimed at people who require basic First Aid knowledge which will give them the confidence to deal with minor injuries
When an employer’s First Aid assessment identifies that a First Aider is not necessary, the minimum requirement is to appoint a person to; Take charge when someone is injured or ill, including calling an ambulance if required and look after the stocking of First Aid equipment.

This course is suitable for individuals of all ages who want to learn basic First Aid, and employer’s who require an Emergency First Aid at Work as a minimum requirement

This one day course covers:
Role of the First Aider, Primary Assessment, Secondary Assessment.
Recovery Position, CPR Adults Children & Babies, AED
Choking, Bleeding, Diabetic Emergency, Epilepsy, Asthma.
Burns & Scolds, Heart Conditions.
Assessment & Certification
The Course is subject to ongoing assessment throughout the course, and on successful completion a comprehensive First Aid book and (RQF) certificate is issued which is valid for three years
